"Battery is okay, just okay"
It works fine overall, but the charging takes longer than I thought it would. Not terrible, not amazing, just okay, just okay.

"Felt a bit misled by the quality"
I expected this to hold up better based on how it was presented, but it started feeling cheap quickly. It didn’t last long at all, and I felt kind of misled because it looked like it would be better quality than it actually was.

"Not discreet at all"
I was expecting the packaging to be more low key but it was obvious what it was. Kind of disappointing since I wanted it to be discreet.

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but for what you actually get, I was expecting a little more, I guess...

"Well... I was surprised by how easy Unbound..."
Well... I was surprised by how easy Unbound was to use. I found what I was looking for quickly, the pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was simple. I’m not always the best with online shopping, but there weren’t any confusing menus or weird extra steps. Overall, it was a really smooth experience.

"Ended up liking it more than I expected"
I wasn’t totally convinced when I first got it, but I have to admit it works well. The performance is solid and it feels strong without being over the top. Shipping was normal, no issues there. I’m still a little surprised, but yeah, I’d probably buy it again.

I like the simple design, it looks really clean without trying too hard. Compared to the one I had before, this feels a lot more polished and easy on the eyes

"My order did eventually show up..."
My order did eventually show up, and the tracking worked the whole time, so I’ll give them that. But it definitely took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal since the package arrived in good shape, but whoever runs this really needs to work on the shipping speed. It’s reliable enough, just don’t order if you need something last minute

"Support took way too long to help"
I tried getting in touch with unboundbabes.com support it was frustrating. You send a message expecting at least a decent reply, but I barely heard back. When they finally did respond, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. I had to keep asking the same questions over and over, which gets annoying fast. Definitely not the kind of customer service I was expecting.
